Welcome to Soleil Sport Horses, owned by Maggie G. Soleil Sport Horses is an established breeder of fine colored sporthorses and Gypsy Vanner Horses in Riata. Soleil maintains extremely high standards of quality in our performance and breeding stock alike, and we strive to give each of our horses the best care possible. We concentrate primarily on Jumpers, Hunters, and Dressage horses, but our performance stock includes Eventers, a few flat racers, and even a couple of cow horses! Our breeding concentration is on Dutch Warmbloods, Swedish Warmbloods, Hanoverians and Gypsy Vanner Horses. Enjoy your tour of SSH.

History

Soleil was founded as a mini-barn at Zodiac Sport Horses in March 2006, and established as a main barn under the name Gypsy Grove Sporthorses in May 24th, 2006. Soleil received a Breeder's License in June 2006. After a lengthy stint as a boarding barn, we decided to revert Soleil to a private barn in mid-2007. Soleil is located in Castro Valley, California.

Wow! I've been away from Riata for way, WAY too long. Life's been nuts for quite a while, to say the least, but now that I've graduated from college and had some time to recover, I finally have time to come back! My website is, as always, under construction, but I swear that someday I will have every single horse page up and everything will be current (right about when pigs fly, right?). In any case, it's great to be back!
